Is Planning For Conception Advisable While On Methotrexate And HCQS?

Sir.. m myself a medico.. i need advice frm u regardng a patient.. who is on HCQs n methotrexate since 6 mnths.. she also has pcod.. n wants to concieve.. i hv prescribed her vd hormonal pills to regalarise her menses.. will it b safe for her to conciev vd RA treatment going on?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the PCOD then pregnancy may not be possible in my opinion it needs to be taken care first, else other condition of RA may not interfere with pregnancy, I would advise to keep trying for this hope this information helps
