Is Pneumonia, Related With Fever, Inflamed Tonsils And Breathing Issues?

my two year old has slight fever and moving around like his body hurt dr said his tonsils are inflammed and did a swab for streep which came out ok I do hear noises from his stomach abd he did throw up...im afraid he may have pnemonia since his breathin is fast and I remember going through the same thing with my daughter when she was four

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here possibilities of either pneumonia or it can be viral infection.
Do x ray if needed.The sputum examination for rule out infection can be done.
Do your CBC.If total count high with neutrophilia possibilities of bacterial infection.
But if lymphocytes more then chances of viral infection most likely.
CRP also helpful.
