Hello,

It may take up to 3 weeks for the urinary pregnancy test to come up negative.
I would recommend you to repeat the urinary pregnancy test after 3-4 weeks and if it is still positive you will need to talk to your doctor. Your doctor will do and have a gynecological visit and a transvaginal ultrasound to further evaluate you.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
