Is Pregnancy Difficult In Women With Central Echogenic Stroma In Ovaries?
Hello,my both ovaries are enlarged in sizes with multiple peripherally placed tiny follicles and central echogenic stroma,and my period is not frequent.I have to take duphaston before seeing my period.I m married for lyk 3yrs and still not pregnant.those that mean I wll never get pregnant or I need to take some medication .I m begining to worry,plzzz tell me what to do
Hello, Thanks for posting in HCM. From the query you have posted it looks like you might be having what we call as polycystic ovarian syndrome. The symptom of irregular periods can be due to that. There might also be other symptoms like weight gain or increased body hairs. If it is so, then you might need treatment for the same. It is curable. You will need tablets to regularize your periods by taking hormonal supplements. Also tablet called as clomiphene might be required to ensure timely ovulation and thus helps you to get pregnant also. Kindly consult your gynecologist for further management. It is treatable with proper medications. I hope I have answered your query well.
