Is Pregnancy Possible After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

If I orgasm and get semen on a girls legs and then wipe it off, and feel and make sure her legs feel dry and semen-free, can she still somehow get pregnant? she never even had her clothes off, Any of her clothes. it would be hard for any to get down there after being wiped, her sitting in the same spot for 20 minutes afterward, and her remaining clothed, although I am still scared that I might be that one person that gets someone pregnant regardless of slim chances.

Hi, Welcome to HCM.
If you have ejaculated on legs of girls with cloths on, then there is no chance of pregnancy. This is because sperms can't penetrate clothes. Also if you would have washed the area and was dry soon after the act, the chances of pregnancy can be ruled out.
So you need not worry about it.
