Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

If you had protected sex [implying condom was wore and properly fitted throughout the act] there is less chances of pregnancy. It is not necessary first time sex to be always followed by hymen breaking or vaginal bleeding

You didnot get periods since 5 months.
May I know your age and what investigation you have undergone till now?
It needs to evaluated first. It can be because of polycycstic ovary syndrome/hormonal imbalance/genital TB.
I advise investigations like USG Abdo pelvis, blood FSH & LH levels, thyroid levels.
You need to visit gynecologist for it.

Hope I answered your query.
