Pls am confused and scared..what could be going on?...Thanks as I await a reply
If the condom remained intact till the end of sexual act pregnancy is unlikely. Based on the history your menstrual period seems to have delayed. It could be stress or sickness, hormonal imbalance, inadequate diet, change of job, extreme physical activity and diseases of the ovary like polycystic ovarian syndrome, etc. If you do not get your period after 3-5 days consult a gynecologist for further evaluation to find out any cause for which treatment can be given.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
