Hello,

It is good to know that you are planning for a baby. You need to stop taking all types of birth control pills, stay with your partner and avoid stress (both of you). Failures do occur with plan B if not taken within 72 hours and due to drug interactions, etc. Be careful what medicines you take.

You are suggested to get a repeat blood and urine test done to confirm pregnancy. You should visit a gynecologist get clinically examined. Get USG (uterus) done to confirm pregnancy if needed. Both the partners should take food rich in protein, calcium iron. Take home made food, avoid frozen and packaged food. Cut on addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
