Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having Nausea Along With Negative UPT?
My fiancée and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year with no success. This month my period is almost a week late. I ve also had some tenderness/tingling in my breasts, some nausea, and cramping. I ve taken a home upt and it was negative. How long should I wait to retest? I ve always had periods every month and there s been no change in routine or stress levels.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Symptoms what you are experiencing along with delay in periods, who is sexually active could be due to pregnancy. Sometimes, in the initial stages, urine pregnancy could come negative. You can conform about its status by doing the following: 1. Beta hCG levels in blood. 2. Ultrasound scan. Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
