Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

Hello. Today is supposed to be the first day of my period and it has yet to come. I took a pregnancy test Tuesday and again on Thursday and both were negative. My periods are usually regular, 28 day cycles with an occasional start day later than predicted. I am having constipation, sore breasts, fatigue and weight loss. Could I be pregnant even though both tests came out negative?

Hi, I think it is possible if delayed ovulation occurs this time. You can wait for one more week and repeat the test. If negative, you can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. If positive, consult a doctor. It happens sometimes due to delayed ovulation and implantation.
