Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Generally, urine pregnancy one test will show positive by 5 days to 1 week after missing the period. Sometimes urine pregnancy test could be negative or inconclusive. It is advisable for you to take an ultrasound scan along with blood tested for hCG level and consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope the information provided helps. All the best.

Regards.
