Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Protected Intercourse?
Hi, I lost my virginity to my boyfriend this Monday (1/22/18). We used a condom and he didn’t ejaculate. We also had sex again the next day. Again, we used a finding condom and he didn’t ejaculate. I was expecting my period that Monday and it still hasn’t come. Is it normal for my period to come late since it was my first time? Or am I pregnant? Please help! -M.
There is a minor possibility of pregnancy even after taking emergency pills or oral contraceptive. Best is to get a urine pregnancy test to confirm.
UPT comes positive by one week of conception. If you have any further doubts then meet a gynecologist. Ultrasound scan of abdomen gives confirmatory diagnosis as to whether you are pregnant or not.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
