General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

Cycloreg is a medication called Norethisterone which is a synthetic progestogen used to regulate the menstrual cycle.
Normally, your menstruation should start right after you stop taking cycloreg if it isn't you should take a pregnancy test to make sure that you are not pregnant if there's any sexual activity in the last month.
Cycloreg isn't a contraception because it should be combined with estrogen to prevent pregnancy.
For that reason the pregnancy is possible and you need a method of contraception, you can use a local contraceptive, but always even with using contraceptive there's a slight possibility of pregnancy changes with type of contraceptive.

Hope I answered your question
Best regards
