General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I-pill is an emergency contraceptive pill when taken within 72 hours following an unprotected sex can prevent pregnancy in up to 94% of women.

It is more effective if you take it as soon as possible after unprotected sex.

Based on the history you seem to have a delayed period which is an important side effect of I-pill.

Since, the home pregnancy test is negative on three occasions, I advise you to consult your doctor as soon as possible to induce menstruation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
