Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Withdrawal method or ejaculating outside after sex is not a good method for contraception. It has high failure rate. Often there are secretion before ejaculation & these can contain sperm which could cause pregnancy.
Emergency contraceptive pill like ipill is intended to be used only in case of emergency. As she has earlier irregular periods, i-pill could make her periods more irregular or even absent.
Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of contraception in future. Regular intake of emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.

For more queries consult a gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
