Me n my bf had unprotected sex... M 21 yrs old... I took an i pill within 1 hr of sex... Bt m not sure will it work or not... Do i hv to tk another pill?? Nd what about periods... My expected date is 27 jan... Will periods will come early or it will postpone??

I understand your concern.
i pill is an emergency contraceptive pill, which needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse to prevent unwanted or accidental pregnancy.
What you have done is right by taking it within 1 hour after the act, as earlier it is taken, its effectiveness seems to be better.
The pill works by causing breakthrough bleeding in the form of getting periods within 3 weeks from the day of intake of the pill. Hence, your periods could postpone or get advanced accordingly. From next cycle, you should continue to have your regular periods of the number of days you used to have earlier, and your dates may shift accordingly.
In case you do not get your periods within 3 weeks, you need to seek medical help immediately as the pill might not have worked as the failure rate is about 10 to 15%.
