Hello
The chances of getting pregnant after taking an ipill within 12hrs of unprotected sex is less than 10%. However this ipill contains very large doses of progesterones which is going to mess up her cycles because of which her periods are going to be delayed. Now this is not a healthy contraceptive method on long term and I'd recommend you condoms instead of the emergency pills.
You can do a Urine pregnancy test on the fourth day of missed periods for some assurance. However it's not hundred percent foolproof either. Anyway you two shouldnt be anxious because the chances are very less.
Hope this helps

Regards
Dr Philip
