Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking I-pill?

Hello I had an unprotected sex with my bf 7 days ago and I took an I-pill within 48 hours of it as he came inside me. But after 5 days of taking the I-pill I am have little swollen vagina, white semi fluid discharge, some bleeding stains on my garment, and I am urinating a little more. Is it that I am pregnant or is it a side effect of I-pill. Do I have a yeast infection or urine infection. Please tell me I have also taken two dose of urine infection medicine prescribed by a doctor

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
I pill is 85-95% effective in preventing the pregnancy and no contraception is 100 % effective.
Swollen vagina, urine frequency and fluid discharge could be due to vaginal infection and urinary tract infection.
Bleeding may be due to side effect of the I pill as it cause breakthrough bleeding.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test and urine test to rule out above causes.
It is early to tell about the pregnancy. Think about the pregnancy when your period will be delayed by more than 10 days from normal expected period date.
Apply vaginal suppository of clingen
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Apply vagisil cream
Wear pure cotton loose inners
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you
