Hello dear I understand your concern I pill is 85-95% effective in preventing the pregnancy and no contraception is 100 % effective. Swollen vagina, urine frequency and fluid discharge could be due to vaginal infection and urinary tract infection. Bleeding may be due to side effect of the I pill as it cause breakthrough bleeding. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test and urine test to rule out above causes. It is early to tell about the pregnancy. Think about the pregnancy when your period will be delayed by more than 10 days from normal expected period date.
