Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan B Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

I had unprotected sex, and im pretty sure he didnt cum inside me . But im not too sure about pre-cum. But i checked an app and saw that i was on my last day of fertile window with a 8% of getting pregnant, i took a plan b pill almost two hours after the incident . Now im having mood swings . A bloated stomach. And constipation. And having discharge more than once a Day. Slight cramps right and there . Could i be pregnant or is the plan b pill working ?

Hi dear Thanks for writing in HCM!!
Since you had unprotected sex in fertile period so there are high chances of you getting pregnant even with pre ejeculation fluid because it contains sperm. Though you have taken Plan B it is with 95-95% success rate, so 5% chances are there for pregnancy. However you have developed bolted stomach,discharge it is a possible sign of Plan B pills, but i advise if you miss your period by 10 days then do Urine pregnancy test and Ultrasonography then you can take medical treatment under gynaecologist observation( If test comes positive). For current pain and discharge I advise Tab Ibuprofen, hot water shakes, Lactulose for constipation, they are temporary effect of PLAN B and it will subside in few days
