Could this be a fake ultrasound/sonogram!?!????? I recently visited family on the opposite side of the country(CA- NJ) and while I was there, I spent the night with a former co-worker. Five weeks later, this girl is telling me that she is now pregnant- she said that she had taken Plan B the morning after (which is 95% effective) but it didn t work. So, I assumed she had probably lied about taking it. She agreed to get an abortion, but then backed out last minute after she saw her own doctor first. But now I am concerned that she is lying about even being pregnant in the first place. I think she may have sent me a fake ultrasound/sonogram picture.. Through out this past week-of-stress-hell, there have been many things she s told me or said that I found to be inaccurate as far as normal pregnancy goes, i.e; she said her gyno told her the 5-week baby-to-be was about the size of an orange seed- from what I ve read, it should be a pen-dot size. She then went to an obgyn- or whichever doctor does ultrasounds/sonograms, and she said that Doctor showed her the baby s heartbeat/said it had a heartbeat- from what I ve read, it is still too soon, and is only an embryonic sack at this point.. There were a few other discrepancies - however it is this picture she sent me of the ultrasound that I feel is the proof she is lying. She has been messing with my head so bad I m on the verge of a nervous breakdown- can anyone please lend me some assistance/advice??? -FYI, the only information in this sonogram pic is her name, and then her phone number.. Which I found odd. Turns out there are 4 different apps in the AppStore for faking sonograms, as well as many websites. One of the things they have as an option to I ll out to generate these fake sonograms, is: patient name, patient number, date, gender, etc. I feel (PRAY/HOPE) the patient number - refers to a medical record number, and that she didn t realize, and put in her phone number. Please, help restore me to sanity!! And thank you all in advance, very, veryyyy much!
