General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Good to see your concerns about your health.
So far as your question is concerned. If you have started taking oral contraception regularly then you don't need to take plan-B. While on regular oral contraception the risk of pregnancy is minimal (less than 1%). If you have any suspician then you can have a pregnancy test after a week. Meanwhile keep your oral contraception regularly as advised.
Hoping these lines might help you.
Regards.
