Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2 After Intercourse?

My first day of my last period was 21 Feb. Had sex by 14 March. I took postinor 2 the nxt day but i missed taking the 2nd pill for 30 mins. He didnt ejaculate in me. Are there chances of getting pregnant still? I had diarrhea and abdominal pain after taking postinor 2.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If taken within 72 hours after having an unprotected intercourse, the post-coital contraceptive pills like Positnor-2 can prevent an unwanted pregnancy by up to 89%. If it is taken within 24 hours, then it is about 95% effective.

Since you had Diarrhea after taking Positnor-2, hence it may not be effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy.

If you do not have your menstrual period within 7 days of when it is expected, you should have a pregnancy test done.
