General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HCM

Postinor 2 is 95% effective if taken within first 24 hours of unprotected intercourse.
The symptoms she is experiencing could either be pregnancy or Urinary tract infection.
You can confirm pregnancy by using a home pregnancy test. If negative, follow up with a primary care provider to rule out urinary tract infection, which requires urine analysis and culture.

Hope I was able to help you
