Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor-2 Within 72 Hours?

I had unprotected sex with my bf onnthe last day of my ovulation and he ejaculated a little in me. I took postinor2 two days after, and now its 8th days since then. Am feeling some cramps under my abdomen,maybe am preg, could it be that the postinor2 dint work?

Understand your concern
Success rate of postinor 2 is 60-70 percent if taken between 48-72 hours after sex. So there may be possibility of pregnancy as you took tablet slight late between 48-72 hour ans sex around the ovulation time.

Cramp may be a side effect of the postinor 2. And sometime period may be delayed or earlier due to hormonal imbalance caused by the postinor 2.
I advice you to wait for menstruation.
If it will delay by the 10-12 days then go for HPT and or Blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
If pregnancy will come positive then you have to terminate by using mifepristone plus misoprostol under the observation of gynecologist after USG scan (that confirm intrauterine pregnancy)
