Hello dear I understand your concern Primolut N does not prevent pregnancy. You have delayed period and positive pregnancy test suggestive of pregnancy. Primolut N contain progesterone that normally present in our body. It does not affect baby. Infact it support early pregnancy and promote growth of baby. Buy baby should be analysed by gynecologist under USG scan. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo USG scan Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
