Is Pregnancy Possible During Periods?

I last had sex in march.I have heavy periods cos of fibroids and I ve seen my periods regularly and they were heavy.I even use tranexamic acid to control d bleeding.I v been having malaria and flu.with plenty coughing.so today I went to the hospital and my Gp decides to do a pregnancy test and it was positive! I went for another one in a different lab and it came back positive.I m confused! What do u think must have happened
