Is Pregnancy Possible If Periods Have Not Occured For Over 40 Days?

My period is almost 40days from the last one usually I m a 28 day circle but since I turned 40 weird things have been happening like 3 months of no period , then it was regular for 5 months now 40days, for two days now I have been sporting as if my period is about to start but it s not flowing out if I wipe I see blood stain I wear pads, still not flowing out for 2 days now, please what do you think ? I m not pregnant because I do home test everyday and it s negative

Some times there is a possibility of pregnancy for no periods for over 40days, but as your home tests are negative according to what you are telling there may not be pregnancy.But you need to consult a qualified gynaecologist and get the required tests done to get proper conclusion and to get periods.apart from this you need to have balanced diet and exercise and you need to incude soya in your diet as it is of benefit for health in this age for females.also get your thyroid checked once as disturbances in thyroid function will affect periods and hypothyroidism is common in females.
