Is Pregnancy Possible Immediately On Withdrawal From Birth Control Pills?

Hi I decided to quit my birthcontrol I got to my placebo pills and never continued , I haven t gotten my period yet was due March 17th so about 21 days late ! Every month my period came at the same time would last for 3days normally during the last week of sugar / placebo pills I d have my period , I have been having unprotected the last 3 weeks and before as I m in a relationship . I took a test today and last week both negative I have been naseaous and vomiting , my nipples are only sore to the touch (normally when I get my period I only experience cramps in my lower back) could I be pregant ????

I appreciate your concern
Chances of pregnancy is always there with unprotected sex
As your symptoms are also suggestive of early pregnancy
Urine pregnancy test can't detect pregnancy till 10 to 15 days after possible conception which occurs near ovulation ( 14 days prior to next expected periods )
So I would advise you to repeat your test or you can confirm it by an ultrasound

Have multivitamin supplements especially folic acid and B complex
Maintain good hygiene
Have adequate sleep at least for 7 to 8 hours
Have good balanced food consisting of all essential nutrients
