Welcome to HCM, I have gone through you query and understood your concerns, you are experiencing a Long Menstrual cycle ( ovulation is either not occurring or occurring irregularly ) that's mean the natural conception can be more difficult caused by a lack of regular ovulation due to an hormonal imbalance, plus you had history of painful intercourse I advice you if the normal cycle is still irregular within a few months kindly consult an specialist to get a complete physical and hormonal examination.
Please kindly rate if my advise has been helpful
Wishing you a good health
