Is Pregnancy Possible Post Unprotected Sex While On Birth Control Pills?

My partner finished in me yesterday. I am on birth control and I have never missed a pill. I am confused because the app I use to keep track of my period is saying that this is my ovulation week & there is a high chance of pregnancy, but isn t the pill supposed to stop you from ovulating? Should I consider plan b?

I really appreciate your concern, no contraceptive method is hundred per cent promising and if this is the amenorrhea then it is necessary to test the pregnancy and best test is ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
