Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non Penetrative Sex?

my boyfriend and I dry humped fully clothed on may 25 the following month I got spotting on the 13th of june . two days before my period was supposed to come. it go heavier but I still didn t feel comfortable . I took a pregnancy test a week after that and it came out negative. the following week I took another pregnancy test and that one came out negative as well. my question is could I have gotten pregnant through that even though he didn t ejaculate?
