Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

I had my last period on 27 th January,2016. On 6th Feb i was intimate with my bf.. We didn t have sex.. He had only touched my vagina with his penis for some 2 minutes..and he ejaculated twice but far away frm me in the washroom n washed himself properly. I was worried about if i will miss my period so i took an emergency contraceptive 26 hrs after the deed. My periods is due on around 26th of Feb. Am worried I will get it on time or not. Please help me reduce stress by answering if I will miss my period or not amd can i get pregnant. :(

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Normally pregnancy is not possible through non-penetrating sexual activity. But your partner touched your vagina with his penis. he might have inserted it a little bit. So there may be some sperms that have passed to your vagina through Pre-ejaculatory fluid. However chances are very less.
Pre-ejaculatory fluid is a secretion of cowper gland which occurs before ejaculation in males & research shows that this may contain some sperms in it. Most of these sperms are however dead or non-motile.
This is dangerous sexual practice. On rare cases it may lead to pregnancy. There may be some sperms left over penis from previous ejaculation too.
Therefore one should wear condom before any penetration to be totally protected from unwanted pregnancy.
As you have also taken an emergency contraceptive or plan B pill, therefore there should be no chances of pregnancy in you. However your periods may be delayed due to effect of emergency contraceptive.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
