i rubbed my penis on my partner s clitoris, i may have had pre ejaculation on the tip. then i fingered her and i may have had very small quantity of pre cum on my finger. she s missed her periods by about a week now? can she be pregnant? what steps should we take?

Hi welcome to HCM...

Missed period always doesn't mean pregnancy ....

Here you have not penetrate her vagina but semen discharge is there over superficial part. ....So chance of pregnancy very less....

Still I suggest you to rule out pregnancy first with USG and blood HCG estimation.....
HCG positive after approx 10 days if conception occurred...

If pregnancy not there than stress, eating disorder , obesity ruled out which might be cause ....

Rule out ovarian cyst like condition which can lead missed period ...

Hormonal profile and thyroid profile also needed .....

From this work up you will mostly find the cause and accordingly treated ....

You can consult gynecologist for this ....
