Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

My girlfriend has felt queasy for more than two days. I ve done some research and I know the odds are she isn t pregnant, but a while back we had unprotected sex (by that I mean it was in for around 10 seconds and I felt no sensation of ejaculating). She had her period the next day and I know sperm only lives for five days tops, but I m still paranoid. What are your thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems over cautiousness or phobia as the periods next days if stayed properly for a week or so, doesn't usually count for implantation bleeding and pregnancy seems less likely. Though this much encounter as you mentioned can theoretically has possibility to cause pregnancy though very rarely but the chain of events you mentioned make it less likely. The life of sperms as you mentioned is the same. For reassurance she can have pregnancy test in urine.

Wishing her a healthy life ahead. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
