So me and my boyfriend were making out and I was sitting on top of him. He told me later on that he had cum in his underwear but he had his underwear and basketball shorts and I had my underwear and jeans on. I m scared that it might had passed through the 4 layers of cloth. because j was really close to him.

Pre ejaculation fluid may have some active sperms, so that may cause pregnancy. But crossing four layers not possible.
