Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

HI, my name is Courtney. Here s some background on my situation. I was a virgin and About 2 weeks ago I was raped and I went to the hospital in regards to that. They gave me an emergency contraceptive for precaution . I had my regular period 3 days later. So a week later I had unprotected sex with my bf ( him not knowing the situation) he didn t ejaculate in me.. And ever since then I ve been having minor mild cramps . It s been about 3 or 4 days on and off. Could I be pregnant?

I feel pride in helping you out today. If they gave contraceptive pill in hospital well within 72 hours after rape, then its possible that it may have helped you preventing a conception. But, taking a pill after 72 hours, works nothing in preventing unwanted pregnancy.

If your boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside (although it is very unreliable method of contraception and has a very high failure rate) still the precum may contain some sperms in it depending the time since last ejaculation and many other factors. But getting pregnant from precum isn't that frequent as actual ejaculation.

Now coming to your symptoms, it may either be due to hormonal changes in body that usually are seen in many women after sexual intercourse or before the start of menstrual periods.

To better understand your situation, we need a pregnancy test. Please go to the nearby Lab and ask for the pregnancy test (Sometimes not so promising but you may also do it at home with CLEARBLUE ADVANCED PREGNANCY TEST).
