General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In the majority of cases, there isn't enough sperm in pre-cum to result in pregnancy. But I am not completely ruling this out, although I would like to say that the pre-cum release just prior to ejaculation may/may not contain some amount of sperm to cause conception, but this has very rarely been seen or proved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
