General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Though small clumps of sperm may be present in the pre-ejaculatory fluid, women can become pregnant if she is not taking any contraceptive pills.

Even if the penis is pulled out before ejaculation pregnancy can occur due to the presence of sperms in the pre-cum.

If your GF, is not taking any contraceptive pills & she did not take Emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours of penetrative sex, she can be pregnant.

Get her a pregnancy test done in the laboratory with the first-morning midstream urine if she has missed periods. Visit a gynecologist to get other medical aid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
