General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Majority of pre-ejaculate fluid has dead or no sperm at all. But pre-ejaculate may contain few sperms from the previous ejaculation from urethra which may pose a threat of pregnancy although chances are very slim.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
