Is Pregnancy Possible Through Protected Intercourse?

I m an idiot. I just had sex with an escort (middle range quality I suppose), we were using a condom and realized after ejaculation that it had broke. In my idiocy, when she went to the bathroom, I drenched my penis with Purrell sanitizer. She remained calm and I m freaking out internally. She told me that she ll have her period soon (which to me only means that she is not taking birth control). Here s the worst part, I m married to a doctor. She has access to all my medical files technically right? What the heck did I just do?!

Hello,

A broken condom can mean that there is a risk of pregnancy but depending on the contact it can even lead to STD. You should get tested for STD then.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
