Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Microgestin Pills At Various Timings?
I am on Microgestin Fe. I have started my second pack of pills and have had no missed days. However sometimes I fail to take them at the same time. My boyfriend wants to try ejaculating inside but he s worried I might get pregnant. With this being said, how high are my chances for getting pregnant if I haven t been taking the pill at the same time every day?
Yes its necessary to take medications at the same time as prescribed by your doctor. If you forget taking the pill at the same time, take it as soon as possible but do not skip the dose. If you find suspicious of being pregnant, you can confirm it by taking pregnancy test at home with the kits available over the counter.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
