Is Pregnancy Possible While On Cyclo Progynova?

My doctor suggested me to consume Cyclo Progynova. At that time, I was not pregnant. But during consuming it, I had sex with my husband, and I am scared if the insemination started. Will it harm my fetus? Now my consuming period is over since five days ago. But do I still have chance to get pregnant?

Thank you for your query.

This depends on when during your cycle, you consumed the tablets

If the medicine was consumed before your ovulation ( within 10 days of your period start date), it is unlikely that you are pregnant..
If it was consumed after ovulation, this medicine may interfere with implantation.

As for harming the fetus, research shows that no harm is done at this stage with this dosage of medications

If you have not missed your period yet, wait till your due date. If no period, take a pregnancy test.
