Is Pregnancy Possible While On Depo Shots?

Hello. I ve only been on the depo shot for 4 months and I am just wondering if it is still possible to get pregnant? I have been having unprotected sex where he ejaculated inside of me for the past 3 weeks and now I am not feeling myself... back pain, pain in the uterus area, spotting, tender breasts. Help!

Hi, I think there is a little chance of pregnancy while on depo shot. But just to be sure , do a urine pregnancy test at home. If negative, it can be due to the side effects of depo itself. If pain is severe, consult a gynecologist for pelvic examination. it can be due to some infections also.
