Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You had history of irregular period. It could be due to hormonal imbalance, PCOD. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and
ovarian follicle study for better management.
Krimson 35 is
contraceptive with anti androgenic effect.
If your period is regular then stop to take krimson 35. If you continue to take krimson 35 then you can not become pregnant. You can continue mhr bio, dextrorange and that will help to treat low
folic acid and blood count. Cyclocet can be used for high prolactin, if you have now normal prolactin then no need to use it. Now your treatment will depend on test result.
You can ask for
Progesterone pill in luteal phase of cycle. It supports the
implantation and pregnancy.
Clomiphene citrate, metformin: it will be used for induction of ovulation and maintain glucose homeostasis. It should be taken after proper evaluation.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise and maintain weight according to BMI.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
