Is Pregnancy Possible While On An Implanon Implant?

I had sex for the first time about a week ago, I have had the Implanon Birth Control implant for 3months. We didnt use pretection, but he used the pull out method but I think he pre-ejaculated inside me. Can I be pregnant? I am having fatigue, increased diet, frequent urinating & random nauseous feelings

It is important to remember that if you do happen to get pregnant while using Implanon, there is a higher chance that the pregnancy will be ectopic. However, sometimes, if the implant is inserted wrong, there will be a higher chance of accidental pregnancy. Women who have the implanon implant should also be aware that since the implant releases hormones, sometimes there are strange side effects that can actually mimic the symptoms of pregnancy.

Many women report bloating, nausea, fatigue, breast tenderness, and other pregnancy type symptoms. Keep this in mind when you have the implanon inserted. While it is very unlikely to get pregnant while you have the implanon device inserted, it is technically possible. If you have concerns about the implanon device and your chances of getting pregnant, make sure that you talk with your doctor.
