hi i am shiela, 32 years old mother of 2 can i ask if pregnancy be possible to detect at 4 months? my OBgyne give me a Provera to take because she seems it is a amenorhea because i missed my period for almost 6 months,but we made intercourse last January. Yes, it is possible, nowadays they have reports that even during periods, pregnancy is documented. So, kindly get your urine pregnancy test done if you feel you are pregnant.
You can even retest if it comes positive after 24 hrs apart with morning midstream urine only. if you like to terminate the pregnancy then you have many options for it.
