Is Pregnancy Possible With 3 Positive Ovulation Test While Being Sexually Active?

3 weeks late, negative HPTS, had an ultrasound 2 days ago and the tech kept asking me if I was sure that I hadn't had my period. She said that there was blood flow coming from my left ovary and that I had a thick uterine lining, negative urine test. I had 3 positive Ovulation test last week where I engaged in intercourse, could I still be pregnant and it just be too early to tell?

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

If you just had ovulation one week ago, and DID conceive, then a pregnancy test would not yet be positive. It turns positive about 2-3 weeks after conception. The thickened uterine lining is normal for the timing of the scan in your cycle. The comment about blood flow coming from the left ovary is not specific and not an indicator of anything related to ovulation or pregnancy. Test again in 1-2 weeks and good luck!

I hope that this helps and good luck!
