Is Pregnancy Safe During Pulmonary Thromboembolism?

Hi Doc,I had a baby boy in 2010, Dec. Mid of february i had severe breathing problem and was diagnosed with pulmonary thromboembolism. An IVC filter is also inserted which is told to be permanent. My cardiologist told that i can go for second child. Is it safe for me to go for second child???

yeah dear ,u may plan ur second baby as ur lung problem has been resolved and u have ivc filter and ur cardiologist has also made u completly fit .ur uterus is ready for new baby.in ur uterus there is no problem.so u go for it.after conceiving consult gynaecologist and tell everything.and if any breathing problem happens then inform ur cadiologist.
