General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.

The positive findings in this scan are
1. The coronary vessels ( arteries that supply blood to heart muscles) are calcified that is calcium is deposited in its walls.
2. Bibasilar atelactasis ( Some segments of lower lobes of both lungs are cllapsed that is they are not expanding with the air entry).
Rets of the scan is normal .

Calcification in coronary vessels in normal in old age like 70 years.
The atelactasis should be looked into.
My recommendation is to get an appointment with an Internist and get your patient properly examined and investigated.

I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
