Is Pregnancy Safe During Rheumatoid Arthritis ?

My wife ( 34) is suffering from RA since last 3 years but the RA is now -ve as per her blood report. However she takes regular medicines since last 1 yr ( earlier was undergoing Homeopathy treatment ) like Hb14, Folitrax, HCQs, Defza-1mg, Sazo-1000Mg.We are planning to have our second child . Under current condition , is it safe to have a second child . Further apart from Folitrax ( our doctor says that prior to planning childbirth this medicine needs to be replaced with some alternate drug) , is there any prevention that needs to eb taken. Will RA or the medicines have any adverse impact on my wife during and post pregnancy ? Will it have any impact on the child ?
